How to buy i$end credits?
 
1. From the Buy Now page, select amount of i$end credits to purchase. Available denominations are $10, $15 and $25 for new users. Higher denominations will be made available to regular users.
 
 
Note: If you are a new user, make sure you verify your PayPal account before making a purchase so that you can start using i$end services immediately. New unverified PayPal users can start using the service after 3 days.
 
 
 
2. Enter your PayPal email address and password
 
 
 
3. Review the summary of your payment and click on "Pay"
 
 
4. You will be redirected to the i$end webpage which will instruct you to check your PayPal-registered email for the next steps.
 
 
5. Check your PayPal-registered email for a confirmation message from Veritas Mobile Solutions, Pte Ltd, which contains a link to activate your i$end Wallet. New users with a verified PayPal account can expect to receive this email immediately after making the purchase.* New users with an unverified PayPal account can expect to receive the confirmation email three days after making the purchase.
 
* Except for e-check payments which require a clearing period of 2-5 working days.
 
 
6. Your wallet is now created! Go to the Chikka Messenger and click on the i$end button. Select the service to use : Send Load, Send Money or Send Gift.
 
 
 
How to send load?
 
1. From the Send Load page, enter mobile number (e.g. 639207654321)
 
 
 
2. Select amount to send.
 
 
Available denominations:
Globe/Smart
$ 0.99 = P 30 valid up to 3 days
$ 4.99 = P 230 valid up to 18 days (Globe) or 12 days (Smart)
$ 11.49 = P 520 valid up to 18 days (Globe) or 12 days (Smart)
 
Sun
$ 3.00 = P 150 valid up to 30 days
$ 6.00 = P 300 valid up to 60 days
$ 10.00 = P 1000 valid up to 60 days
 
 
3.  Enter Chikka password.
 
 
 
4.  You will be informed if the load was successfully sent of if your transaction is queued. The time it takes to for the load to reach your recipient depends on the network traffic of your recipient’s mobile operator.

5. You will receive an email confirmation in your PayPal-registered email address once the load has successfully reached your intended recipient.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to send money?
1. Select the service.
 
2. Enter your beneficiary's SMART mobile no. and amount to send.
 
 
3. Enter all required information. (For first time senders, you must fill in all the sender and beneficiary required fields. On your succeeding transactions these fields will be pre-populated with the information you provided.)
 
 
4. Review and confirm your supplied information.
 
 
5. Summary of your transaction.
Note: For your security, we will conduct a one time verification process towards your beneficiary. This will be performed only on your first transaction. Succeeding money sent will be automatically credited to your beneficiary’s SMART Money account after confirmation.
